 I have been a property owner in the Lake Conroe area since 1977. Prior to that we lived in the 1960 region but I was attracted to the vacation-like settings of the Lake Conroe area and have never been happier.
Throughout my real estate career I have collected the highest real estate designations CRS, ABR, and GRI. I was also a Top Producer winning several company awards. I became a Real Estate Broker in 2005 and opened Ruth Stultz and Company with my son Chad. We felt the market was desperately in need of more personal service and attention that some of the bigger offices can`t offer. Our goal is to be the most highly regarded office in the area and we are well on our way.
During this busy time I was able to raise two wonderful sons, Chad and Wade, who both graduated from Baylor University. I play a fun game of golf, ski with my friends, and enjoy many of Lake Conroe`s recreational activities.
Lake Conroe is my serenity. I sell this wonderful lake everyday from the heart! Those looking to move here need to run, not walk, to get here as fast as possible! It is truly Heaven on Earth!

 Chad Stultz has over 10 years of experience in the residential construction industry and has been a licensed agent since 2003. Chad graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. Since then, he has worked in the new home industry from major corporate builders in the Houston area gaining experience in the fields of sales, finance, and construction of new homes. Being familiar with all sides of the new homes business, Chad opened Chadwick Homes in 2006. Chad mentors customers throughout the complete home buying process by helping with financing and design questions, as well as pricing and budgeting questions, which allows them to achieve the best value possible. Chad became a partner in Ruth Stultz & Company in 2006 to fulfill a lifelong dream of working with Ruth. Chad`s daily activities include managing the daily accounting and financing of the company.
